 Some people may say I have too much confidence or I come off as “conceited”, but I disagree. I was raised by strong women that’s been installing good affirmations and confidence into me since I was in the womb. So because of that I have a lot of confidence in myself and love myself but I never feel as if I’m better than anyway and I think that’s what people don’t understand. I do have flaws I don’t like but I still love all of me. Even when it’s 100 people against me I still believe in me. 

My birthday is coming up and I’m super excited. For my 16th birthday I didn’t have a sweet 16 because I was scared a lot of people wouldn’t come if I threw one. Even though I didn’t have a party, I did go on vacation with my few friends and family and I said so much fun. Now for my 17th birthday I’m planning to go to Denver Colorado and I can’t wait! I’m planning to go skiing and have a photoshoot there as well. Hopefully everyone pays all their money and this trip can be even better than last year. 

 The day my little brother came out the womb was so beautiful I started crying like my puppy just died. He was so precious and small i couldn’t believe I actually had a little brother. I also couldn’t believe my mom waited 17 years to give me a sibling but it’s okay because I’m about to be grown and out the house so she won’t be stressing me out. But I can’t wait to dress him up and go to his games. I know he’s going to a be a heart breaker and have all the girls because he’s so handsome it’s ridiculous. I just know we’re going to be the best of friends! 

 Last thanksgiving was not how I expected it to go. Thanksgiving was at grandmas last year and almost the whole family flew in and showed up which was surprising because from stories that Ive heard the last time the whole family was at thanksgiving Aunt Stacy tried to run Uncle Chris over with her car. I was too young to remember what happened but I know I haven’t seen Uncle Chris since that day because he decided to cut the whole family off except for my mom. When me and my mom arrived to grandmas house Uncle Chris was sitting on the couch and I walked straight pass him. He grabbed me, gave me a hug and asked why I didn’t speak but I honestly didn’t recognize who he was because I haven’t seen him in 7 years. But once I took a good look at his face I noticed he looks the exact same just a little more older and has a lot of tattoos. I was glad I got to see him because he was honestly like a older brother to me and he used to get me whatever I want. 

Back when I was in 3rd grade I used to play basketball. It wasn’t my favorite sport but my mom loves basketball and she used to play so I decided to give it a try just to make her happy. I didn’t hate the sport but I didn’t like it either. Especially the long training days! Playing basketball for that short amount of time helped me realize I’m a girly girl and I do not do sports unless it’s cheerleading. Even though I didn’t like playing basketball I was still somewhat good at it because if I was playing I at least needed to be decent at the sport. But now, I can’t shoot a free-throw to save my life but all that matters is I made my mom happy.
