Today In class learned the proper definition of a claim and how it is used in writings. I learned that there are 3 types of claims and each one has its own meaning. One of them you must establish external criteria. I also learned in order to write a claim you have to be accurate, specific and clear. Today was a good day and I added more knowledge to my brain.

 Today during 4th period I got checked out, but before getting checked out we started reading the pledge written by Maya Angelou who is a famous African American poet who is also famous for acting. I didn’t get to read much because I got checked out at the beginning of class but first, second, and third period wasn’t so bad. My first period teacher hasn’t been here because of an family emergency so we’ve been chilling in another teachers class. Second period I have rotc which was fun because we got back our uniforms. And I like third period even though it’s chemistry because we do a lot of hands on activities that makes the classroom more interesting.

Write about somebody being born

 The day my little brother came out the womb was so beautiful I started crying like my puppy just died. He was so precious and small i couldn’t believe I actually had a little brother. I also couldn’t believe my mom waited 17 years to give me a sibling but it’s okay because I’m about to be grown and out the house so she won’t be stressing me out. But I can’t wait to dress him up and go to his games. I know he’s going to a be a heart breaker and have all the girls because he’s so handsome it’s ridiculous. I just know we’re going to be the best of friends!
