Today in class we discussed the impact that technology  brings. It’s a big distraction and makes you waste valuable time. A solution that can help with this problem is screen down time, this is when you put your phone done for an ample amount of hours and do life productive things. This solution make not work for everybody but it definitely did for me.

 Today during 4th period I got checked out, but before getting checked out we started reading the pledge written by Maya Angelou who is a famous African American poet who is also famous for acting. I didn’t get to read much because I got checked out at the beginning of class but first, second, and third period wasn’t so bad. My first period teacher hasn’t been here because of an family emergency so we’ve been chilling in another teachers class. Second period I have rotc which was fun because we got back our uniforms. And I like third period even though it’s chemistry because we do a lot of hands on activities that makes the classroom more interesting.

Extra credit prompt

 One day I was scrolling on TikTok when I started obsessing over the sound of cornstarch being chewed. I watched this girl name Angelica chew brick cornstarch and I fell in love with the sound. Some people may say it’s weird and annoying but I love it and don’t care with they say. I didn’t think it was an obsession at first but it’s almost been a year of me listening to people chem cornstarch and I can’t go a day without it.
